Hello and Welcome to Target!

 

My name is Roger Shepherd and I have been instructing since 2008 upon gaining a 6/5 in my Part 3 ADI Examination Test of Instructional Ability (6 being the top grade).

 

I have recently undergone a Check Test to ensure my ability to give quality training and again achieved a Grade 6.

 

I have an excellent first time pass rate and specialize in nervous and anxious pupils.

 

It is my belief, that it is vitally important that when learning to drive you are taught safe driving for life, NOT just how to pass your practical test.

 

Expert use of the controls and a thorough knowledge of road procedures are vitally important but these go hand in hand with a good attitude, consideration, patience and discipline behind the wheel.
